Nhavara/Rice bundle

Nhavara is good for muscle wasting and lack of strength in body.

De-Stress Massage/60 minute

A de-stress massage help you to relax and calm down.it increases the flexibility of the muscles and relieves physical and mental tensions.

Swedish Massage/60 minute

The massage oil used facilitates smooth and gliding strokes which include kneading,friction,stretching and tapping.This massage calms the nerve system and promotes a sense of relaxation and well-being,reducing tension and anxiety.

Aroma Therapy/60 minute

Volatile plant oils,including essential oils,are used to promote physiological and emotional well-being.This massage helps conditions such us varicose veins,arthritis,stress,insomnia,frequent headaches and also reduces water retention.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It's based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.
